Cortana's Windows 10 debut: How Microsoft's virtual assistant works on PC
Cortana, Microsoft's answer to Apple's Siri, is coming to Windows 10.
While Microsoft's next operating system is still far off from launching, the latest peek at Windows 10 (courtesy of WinBeta) shows how Cortana may work with the platform.
From the looks of the video above, Cortana — named for the Halo character — has many of the same features as its mobile counterpart: calendar updates, app launching, question-and-answer functions and the basic features you would expect from a digital assistantRight now, though, Cortana still appears a bit buggy on PC.
